Basically three main topics inspired us for this project :
The love for our School and Peers. We want to be able to improve the quantity of job offers and provide a faster way for us to get them because we are sure about the incredible value and talent that we have.
Influence of external IT companies that we have had get in contact to. We have a big idea of what are the the recruiters looking for and how they look for it. We saw this as a big chance on offering them just what they want and in that way make it a side by side benefit.
Being able to offer more tools in the IT business world when it comes to hiring. Right now, we have just a few big ones like LinkedIn, and we do not want to actually compete with them but to take advantage of the necessity that they have created addressing some fields that they haven't covered yet.
